The Town is generally responsible for the branches of trees overhanging Town property. If you have branches blown down or hanging and posing a possible threat, please contact us.
If branches are close to a power line, please contact Xcel Energy to trim them, as we are not equipped to handle those situations.
Merino School District is offering student volunteers to help clean up around town on May 6th. If you would like to take advantage of this help, please make arrangements by contacting: Jada at 970-522-1036
Additionally, the Town is working to arrange a Spring Clean Up with Marick's Waste. The date is tentatively May 11th, but watch for details soon.
Due to limited hours of availability at Town Hall, the Town has decided to purchase cell phones for employees, so if you need to contact us we are more accessible.

We have noticed that some residents are mailing their payments back to us from the Merino Post Office. We want to make sure you know that we have a payment slot in the fron of Town Hall where you can drop off your payment.
